Senior Behavior Analyst |
Must have a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and be BCBA eligible within 1 year. Individual must have 4+ years of applied experience working in the educational system with special needs children. Experience working with PDD/Autism is preferred. Specific duties include: mentoring in-house behavior analysts, conducting FBA's, curriculum assessments, instructional design/implementation, developing and implementing Positive Behavioral Support Plans, staff training/coaching, facilitating treatment teams, program monitoring, etc. Person must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills, be proficient with writing and communication, be able to problem solve, and work well within teams.
